2. The applicant may also be India-born, regardless of current residency status.

2. Marital and Parental Status

1. The applicant can be single, married, divorced, or widowed.

2. The applicant can have children or be without children.

3. Professional Conduct

1. The applicant must never have posed, nor will pose during her reign, for any photography, video, or film associated with nudity or pornography.

2. The applicant must not be involved in any form of employment that involves partial or complete nudity.

4. Age Criteria

1. The applicant must be between the ages of
   Miss VogueStar India: 18+
   Mrs. VogueStar India G-1 (women of 18- 40 years of age)
   Mrs. VogueStar India G-2 (women of 40 - 70 years of age)
   at the time of application.

5. Health and Fitness

1. The applicant must be in good health, both physically and mentally, to participate in the pageant activities.

2. A medical certificate may be required as proof of good health.

6. Criminal Record

1. The applicant must not have any criminal record or be involved in any ongoing criminal proceedings.

2. A background check will be conducted as part of the application process.

7. Character and Conduct

1. The applicant must demonstrate good moral character and high standards of personal conduct.

2. The applicant must not engage in any behavior that would bring disrepute to the pageant or its organizers.

8. Availability

1. The applicant must be available to participate in all rehearsals, events, and activities associated with the pageant.

2. The applicant must be willing to travel as required for the pageant and its related events.

9. Commitment

1. The applicant must be committed to fulfilling the responsibilities of the titleholder, including appearances, public speaking, and charity work.

2. The applicant must agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the pageant organizers.

10. Sponsorship and Endorsements

1. The applicant must disclose any existing sponsorships or endorsements.

2. The applicant must not have any conflicting sponsorships or endorsements that would interfere with their duties as a titleholder.

11. Social Media Presence

1. The applicant must maintain a respectful and positive presence on social media.

2. Any inappropriate content or behavior on social media platforms may result in disqualification.
