Terms and Conditions for Miss VogueStar India

 

By participating in Miss VogueStar India, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions governing the same, which are as follows:

 

Eligibility Criteria:

- You are a female by birth.

- You are unmarried.

- You are between 18 and 70 years old and shall produce a valid certificate as age proof.

- You are an Indian by birth and have a valid ID proof for the same.

- You should not be involved in any legal criminal case records.

- VogueStar reserves the right to add any participant to the list of nominees to the pageant through a wild card entry at its sole discretion and you shall not have any objections or claims in that regard.

- The decision of VogueStar regarding the eligibility of participants and the further selection criteria shall be final and binding. After auditions and training sessions, VogueStar will conduct Selection Rounds to evaluate candidates. Only those who pass can advance to the Grand Finale. The decision regarding selecting candidates for the Grand Finale lies solely with VogueStar and is final. No queries or objections regarding the selection process will be entertained.

- Candidates who are selected as finalists and qualify to attend the Grand Finale will be required to pay a processing fee. This processing fee is mandatory and is essential for covering various administrative and operational costs associated with the Grand Finale event. Details regarding the amount of the processing fee and payment procedures will be communicated to the finalists in due course.

-The processing fee required from the finalists for attending the Grand Finale is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies irrespective of whether a finalist withdraws from the event, is disqualified, or is unable to attend the Grand Finale for any reason.

- The participant should not give/provide any incorrect or false information that can lead to disqualification from the contest.

- You agree that VogueStar shall have the right to use your submissions and the content forming a part thereof, including registration form data, photographs, shoots, and profile pictures. VogueStar shall have the right to use the said content for sharing it with the brands sponsoring the pageant, for promotion of VogueStar’s forthcoming events at various places, and for any promotional activities.

- The pageant and the terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of India, and competent courts in Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Mrs. VogueStar India is divided into two categories: Mrs. VogueStar India G-1 (18-40 years) and Mrs. VogueStar India G-2 (41-70 years). By participating in Mrs. VogueStar India, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions governing the same, which are as follows:

  - Mrs. VogueStar India G-1: 18-40 years

  - Mrs. VogueStar India G-2: 41-70 years

- You are an Indian by birth and have a valid ID proof for the same.

- You should not be involved in any legal criminal case records.
